The Art of Connection Retreat Terms and Conditions

  1. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

    By participating in the Art of Connection retreat, including any pre- or post-retreat activities, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our facilitators are dedicated to providing a supportive environment but are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of your actions or inactions during the retreat.

  2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

    Please be aware that our retreat and its practices are not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or treatment of mental disorders or medical diseases. If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, we recommend you inform them of your participation in this retreat. The facilitators are not medically qualified or mental health professionals.

  3. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

    All participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during and in association of the retreat before and after. This includes not disclosing or discussing sensitive information of the facilitators or other participants outside the retreat space.

  4. PHOTO CONSENT AND USAGE

    We would love to use photos from the retreat and from the associated events for promotional purposes on social media or other platforms. However, we will not show you in the photos without your explicit consent. Please rest assured that we respect your privacy and sovereignity.

  5. THE FACILITATORS' ROLE

    Our facilitators are experienced in creating a safe and supportive environment; however, they are not medical professionals, therapists, or psychologists. Please understand that while we offer guidance, we do not provide medical or psychological services.

  6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    An administrative fee of €200 is non-refundable. Cancellations made up to 45 days before the retreat (by March 5th, 2024) will receive a 100% refund of the remaining amount. Cancellations made up to 20 days before the retreat (by March 29th, 2024) will receive a 50% refund of the remaining amount. Cancellations made within 20 days of the retreat (after March 29th, 2024) are not eligible for a refund. In case of extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss potential options. If any hesitation about attending arises, we encourage a conversation with our team to explore the reasons.

  7. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    Your participation in the Art of Connection retreat and its associated events and programmes signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
